A. This will depend on when you apply and how long it takes our underwriters to verify your employment, and approve your application. We will attempt to call you on your work contact number, we do not say why we are calling or where we are calling from. If we are unable to verify your employment this way, we will ask you to email us your latest payslip as proof of employment.

Yes you can. We will only charge you for the time you have had the money so if you take a 6 month loan and repay after 3 months you will only pay 3 months interest.

Yes we do carry out credit checks.

Yes. We do accept applicants with a poor credit score and understand that sometimes people fall on difficult times, we take each case on its own merits

You have 2 options

1. Direct Debt. Complete the online form during your application and we will collect your monthly instalment direct from your bank account on the due date.

2. Debt Card. The monthly instalment will be collected from your debt card on the due date. This payment method is also known as a Continuous Payment Authority (CPA)

Yes you can cancel the Continuous Payment Authority (CPA) through your bank or card provider. You should also notify us if you take this course of action, otherwise we will continue to attempt collection for the scheduled repayment and non payment could result in charges being added to your account. Please call us on 0203 743 8668 so we can arrange an alternative method of collection.

If you know you cannot make the scheduled repayment on time, you should call us on 0203 743 8668 and we can move your payment date accordingly. Failure to contact us before your due date may result in a £12 charge being added to your account.

You must call us on 0203 743 8668 to discuss your options. We understand that sometimes people may have short term difficulties due to unforeseen circumstances. If we can agree a mutually acceptable agreement, we will add no charges to your account but, you must call us before the repayment is due.
